Returns, Cancellation and Refund Policy

You must tell us within 14 days of receiving your vouchers and any additional gifts, that you no longer require this product. You then have a further 14 days to return all goods following this notification.

You must return all vouchers and additional gifts provided to the address detailed below to obtain a full refund (excluding any postage and admin charges previously paid), together with details of your name, address and order reference.
