Delivery Period

Vouchers will be issued First Class Post - same day - for orders received up to midday (Mon to Fri excl Bank Holidays only). After midday, all orders will be issued via first class post the next working day.

Returns, Cancellation and Refund Policy

You must tell us within 14 days of receiving your vouchers and any additional gifts, that you no longer require this product. You then have a further 14 days to return all goods following this notification.

You must return all vouchers and additional gifts provided to the address detailed below to obtain a full refund (excluding any postage and admin charges previously paid), together with details of your name, address and order reference.
