This is a superb course that is a great test of golf and, in the spring and summer especially, is normally in fantastic condition with good fairway definition and great greens. There is great variety in the holes with 2 par fives and 5 par threes and the par fours all very different with the River Aire coming into play on some of them. Its a course that can be enjoyed by the best scratch golfers or high handicap amateurs. The clubhouse is very nice with a good selection of drinks and food and there is a well stocked pro shop. All in all its a course thats hard to beat in this part of Yorkshire.
